My Journey

As a Yoga and Qigong teacher began during my PhD studies, where yoga became my daily practice to cope with the pressures of academia. Each morning, I used movement and meditation to energise my body and calm my mind before diving into the demands of research and writing. As I noticed improvements in my overall well-being, I realised that yoga was guiding me toward a path of inner peace, freedom, and inspiration.

As my practice continues to evolve, I’m increasingly drawn to the healing aspects of various modalities and how they can be combined to create a balanced, holistic approach to well-being.

With over 1000 hours of training in Yoga, Qigong, and Sound Healing, I blend the ancient wisdom of Eastern healing arts with modern science to help individuals move in a way that honors their body.

Teaching is my true passion, and my goal is to support and inspire you on your well-being journey, helping you get the most from your practice.
