According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, in order to maintain and achieve health, we want to align our internal
systems with the rhythm of the natural world so that we can be living in balance with nature and the seasons.
Our seasonal MyoYin event is a series of 4 specifically designed workshops that will be running throughout the
year.
During each 2.5 hour workshop, we will release tension and stress, rest, and luxuriate in a nourishing practice
that includes:
- guided meditation
-
stimulation of specific organs and energy channels which correspond to a specific element of the season we are
transitioning into, through the unique combination of juicy Myofascial Release (deep tissue massage using tennis
balls) and calming Yin Yoga practice (a slow, passive, meditative type of yoga)

longer Shavasana accompanied by a soundscape of alchemy crystal singing bowls to soothe and align mind, body and
soul.
You will leave the workshop feeling both deeply relaxed with a sense of inner stillness and peace, and also fully
refreshed, inspired, with renewed energy to fully embrace the change of seasons.

These workshops are very popular and places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, book now to avoid
disappointment.
What to bring
- Wear warm and comfortable clothing.

Bring your yoga equipment (mat, 2 blocks/bricks, a pillow / cushion / yoga bolster, and a blanket / large towel)
and a bottle of water. If you have extra equipment such as a yoga belt / strap, an eye pillow, bring them too!
- If you don’t have a yoga mat or blocks, please let us know when booking and we will lend these to you.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the workshop so we can start on time.
