My path as a Yoga and Qigong teacher and practitioner began in 2015 at the beginning of my PhD study. At first, I began my yoga practice as a way to cope with the pressure of the academic world. Every morning I would do yoga to energise the body, calm the mind, ready for the relentless studying, researching, and writing. Noticing the improvement in my overall well-being, I realised yoga has placed me on a path to inner peace that is liberating, inspiring, and full of potential.
As my teaching and personal practice continuously develops and evolves, I am becoming more interested in the healing aspects of various modalities and how they can be integrated into a harmonious practice that enhances well-being from the inside out.
With over 1000 hours of Yoga, Qigong, and Sound Healing training under my belt, in my teachings I combine the wisdom of Eastern ancient healing arts and modern science to allow each individual to move in a way that fully honours their body.
I teach with great joy, passion and enthusiasm. My aim is to guide you to get the most out of your practice as well as to support and nurture you in your well-being journey.
